● 研究兴趣、领域:
研究方向:微生物及其被膜的合成生物学改造、活体材料构建及其在环境和医药等领域的应用研究
结合生物工程应用与合成生物学、纳米材料等科学开展活体功能材料研究。相对于静态材料,活体功能化材料能感应环境信号并智能化应答。开发基于生物被膜、孢子和噬菌体等微生物的活体材料,探索其在环境、能源和医药等领域的应用。前期开发的基于枯草芽孢杆菌生物被膜的活体材料其功境耐受性强,所需营养少,一定条件下能自我复制和繁殖,并能直接3D打印,在生物修复等领域已做探索应用。后续将开发更多其它微生物的活体材料应用研究,包括基因元件的改造、DNA和蛋白生产以及生产过程的监测和工程放大等。
团队具备良好的实验平台,和谐的科研/生活氛围,热忱欢迎生物工程、生物科学、生物技术、生物化工等相关方向,并对交叉学科有好奇心与探索欲的新同学加入!
