个人简介

邓嫣然,生于1995年,2014年至2018在西安医学院进行本科学习,2018年至2024年在中国药科大学攻读硕士和博士学位。以肿瘤细胞和小鼠为研究材料,探究肿瘤发生发展的分子机制。相关研究结果发表在Cell Death and DifferentiationCell Death and DiseasePNASCell Reports , Communications Biology 等期刊。

研究方向

1.应用分子细胞生物学、整体动物学手段深入探究促进癌症发生发展的分子机制;

2.翻译后修饰在精细调控HippoHedgehog信号通路活性中的作用机制

3.泛素连接酶突变以遗传背景依赖的方式调控底物偏好,在肿瘤中导致的不同功能后果
